Family Support Collaboration Symposium June 20th

PAR, in collaboration with The Arc of PA and with financial support from The Peter Colasanti Foundation Trust for families and self-advocates, is pleased to announce the Family Support Collaboration Symposium which will be held on Thursday, June 20, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The event will be held at the Holiday Inn Harrisburg/Hershey, 604 Station Road, Grantville, PA 17028. This meeting is for all interested self-advocates, family members and professionals. Space is limited, so please register early to insure your participation. The purpose of the Symposium is to develop recommendations to the Office of Developmental Programs to improve and expand family support in Pennsylvania. The Peter Colasanti Foundation Trust will cover reasonable travel and other related expenses for self-advocates and family members, if needed. Other participants may reserve overnight rooms at the Holiday Inn for the evening of June 19th at $99/night. If you wish to reserve overnight accommodations, please call the Holiday Inn directly at 717-469-0661 and say that you are with PAR to make your reservation and receive the reduced rate. You must register for the event if you plan to attend. Please go to www.regonline.com/1214485 to complete your registration. A registration fee of $49 will cover the meal and breaks during the symposium for registrants who are not family members or self-advocates.
