Comprehensive Pay and Benefits Package. Pay levels at The Arc Alliance are very competitive among those organizations in the human services field.
Reporting directly to the COO. Performs in/out of office tasks directly in support of the Administrative team. Organizes and supervises all of the administrative staff and activities that facilitate the smooth running of the offices. Performs significant duties related to departmental policy and procedures, analyzes administrative operations, develops and installs work standards and methods, generates detailed comprehensive reports. A college graduate with extensive Administrative experience, excellent computer skills, strong communication skills and knowledge of basic receptionist, secretarial and accounting duties. Must have strong leadership, analytical skills and pay close attention to details. Current FBI, Criminal History and Child Abuse clearances will be required to be obtained within 60 days of hire.

Supports Coordinator: Under the direction of the Director of Supports Coordination Services: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university which is supplemented by at least 12 college credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice or other related social sciences. Must present a clean PA Criminal background check, PA Child Abuse and FBI Criminal Record Check. The position involves the location, coordination, and monitoring of needed services and supports for persons supported. Assists participants in obtaining and coordinating needed waiver and other State plan services.
