Supports Coordination Organization Director

The Supports Coordination Organization Director (SCO Director) will be primarily responsible for the internal and external functions of the Supports Coordination Organization. such as maintaining contact with County Administrations as well as ODP officials. The SCO Director will be responsible for receiving and reviewing all ODP communications and ensuring that staff are properly notified and if necessary trained in new policies and procedures. The SCO Director will also be responsible for coordinating efforts to meet audit compliance and timelines.  This position will directly supervise the Supports Coordination Compliance/Personnel and the Program Support Specialist.  The SCO Director  reports directly to the Executive Director of Advocacy.  Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree.  The bachelor’s degree must include or be supplemented by at least 12 college credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice or other related social science; and two years of experience in the social services field; additionally ,the candidate must also have a minimum two year supervisory experience as well as have knowledge in HCSISis a plus, must be detailed oriented and possess organizational skills, including the ability to meet timelines, must have excellent communication and writing skills.
