Administrative Assistant for Advocacy Services
Under the direction of The Executive Director of Advocacy Services-
This position requires you be a self-starter, who is able to use experience and judgment to successfully accomplish tasks. Strong PC skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, experience in Access is a plus. General clerical skills, accurate typing and proofreading skills are a must. Basic bookkeeping skills with experience in QuickBooks is preferred. Candidate must have good interpersonal, communication, organizational skills and time management with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting required deadlines. Associates Degree +2 years related experience. Must have a clean Criminal Background check, Child Abuse and FBI clearances. EOE/AA M/F/H/V.
