Executive Director of The Arc Alliance Advocacy Services: Under the direction of the CEO. Law degree preferred or Master’s Degree required in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice or other related social sciences. Must present a clean PA Criminal background check, PA Child Abuse and FBI Criminal Record Check. The position involves the supervision of staff in supports coordination, guardianship, representative payee and advocacy roles. This position will work directly with and be a liaison with individuals receiving services, county and program administrators, legislator and community programs. Accountant for The Arc Alliance, under the direction of the Chief Fiscal Officer -at least one year accounting experience to perform various accounting tasks including, but not limited to, billing, reporting and reconciliation. QuickBooks and Microsoft experience a must. Team player with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously meeting required deadlines. Organized and detail oriented. Accounting degree or business degree with relevant experience required. Current FBI, Criminal History and Child Abuse clearances will be required to be presented at time hired.
